We process the minimum data needed to sell credits and deliver Quantive Insight jobs.
- Data: name, email, company (optional), uploaded files, job IDs, payment references, credit ledger, and technical logs.
- Processors: Recurrente (payments), Resend (email), Railway (hosting/database).
- Retention: delivered work files ~30 days after delivery (trials ~24 hours). Account/credit records may be kept longer for accounting and fraud prevention.
