How it works
- Buy credits → welcome email with portal link + starter PDF/TXT.
- When ready: open intake → upload ONE Stripe CSV → submit (spends 1 credit).
- Cleaned CSV emailed usually within minutes + instructions.
- Spot-check rows, then import with your own QuickBooks process.
Credits, delivery SLA & acceptable use

- What you buy: discrete credits for this product — 1 credit = 1 file or 1 process — not consulting workshops.
- Delivery SLA: after a valid intake, the automated result is emailed usually within minutes. If processing fails or is delayed, we aim to resolve or reply within 1–2 business days.
- How to use: open the intake page in your browser, use the same email you paid with, submit one allowed file/form per credit.
- Not allowed: bots, scripts, APIs, bulk/automated uploads, shared accounts, or spam. High volume requires a written quote.
- Retention: delivered files are kept about 30 days after delivery, then deleted. Keep your own copies.
- Your duty: spot-check outputs before importing into accounting tools or training staff.
