Terms of Service

By paying for Quantive Insight you buy credits (or a limited credit pack) for a named product. Credits are not an unlimited annual license.

• Commercial rule: Buy credits now. Use them anytime during the next 12 months (or during the shorter window stated at checkout for 30-day packs).
• One credit equals one allowed unit (see the product offer): one invoice file, one Stripe CSV, or one SOP process pack.
• How you use credits: open the intake URL in your browser, sign in with the purchase email, upload one file / submit one form, and wait for email delivery. Each successful use spends one credit.
• Acceptable use (required): human-operated, individual uploads only. Prohibited: bots, scripts, APIs, bulk/automated uploads, shared accounts, spam, or attempts to overwhelm the service. High volume requires a written quote.
• File limits on each offer page are hard limits. Oversized or out-of-scope jobs may be refused without spending a credit, or moved to a custom quote.
• Retention: delivered files are kept about 30 days after delivery, then deleted. Download and keep your own copies. Trial files may be deleted within 24 hours.
• Your duty: spot-check outputs before importing into accounting tools or training staff. We do not provide bookkeeping, tax, or legal advice.
• No affiliation: not affiliated with Stripe or Intuit/QuickBooks. Offered in the Triage.sbs portfolio.
• Liability: limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
