## 1. Promise
You upload **one** invoice or receipt as PDF, phone photo (JPG/PNG/WebP), or `.txt`.
We return a **CSV** by email automatically (usually minutes; target within 24 hours).
## 2. Included
- 1 file **or** up to **3 pages**
- Upload ceiling **15 MB** (photos are resized in the browser when possible)
- Output CSV columns:
`date, vendor, amount, currency, tax, invoice_id, category, notes, source_file`
- Automatic processing (no call, no Zoom)
- Delivery email with the file attached
## 3. Not included / exclusions
- No guarantee of 100% field accuracy on every layout or blurry photo
- No handwriting / calligraphy OCR promise
- No bookkeeping, QuickBooks setup, or multi-file batches in this SKU
- No phone support
## 4. How extraction works
1. If PDF has a text layer → extract with local `pypdf`.
2. If image or text-poor PDF → normalize (max ~2000 px) + **Tesseract** OCR (eng/spa).
3. Heuristics (regex) find date, vendor, amount, currency, invoice id.
4. Write CSV row(s) and email.
5. **You must verify** totals and vendors against your original before importing.
**Cost to us per job:** compute only (no paid OCR API).
**Reliability:** High on clean digital PDFs; good on clear phone photos; weak on blur / glare / handwriting.
## 5. Refund / failure
System failure with no usable CSV → refund.
Successful delivery with imperfect OCR on a poor image → not an automatic refund.
